Trish Bock

Trish has established an impressive reputation in music marketing and promotion, working at the highest levels of the industry for many years. She began her career as Music Director at L.A.'s KIIS-FM during the station's record-breaking peak.  Shortly thereafter, she was recruited by Epic Records and joined the Sony Music family, where she rose to the role of National VP and helped launch the careers of Celine DionPearl Jam, OasisRage Against The Machine, among many other artists. Trish's Sony position also involved her facilitation of the marketing and promotional campaigns for numerous movie soundtracks including:

DANCES WITH WOLVES, PHILADELPHIA, THAT THING YOU DO, FOREST GUMP, LEGENDS OF THE FALL and many others.

Her success prompted a personal request by Michael Jackson to develop and run his label, MJJ Records, where she oversaw all departments.  She then went on to Jive/RCA Records as VP of Marketing & Promotion and was instrumental in breaking the all-time sales and streaming records with 'NSYNCJustin Timberlake, The Back Street Boys and Britney Spears.

With her vast experience and relationships, Trish created PLB Entertainment LLC, an artist management and record label consulting & marketing business. She creates and implements global strategies for her many clients, including artists, managers and record labels. PLB Sync is the sync licensing department of PLB Entertainment LLC.




Jolene Pellant

Jolene Pellant has a diverse background in music and entertainment marketing, launching her career at Los Angeles-based rock radio station, KLOS. While there, she started moonlighting as an editor of various music videos for artists such as the Bodeans, Kristen Hersh and WC and The Maad Circle, to name a few.

Jolene then headed to the LA office of concert promoter, Live Nation, where she oversaw regional marketing for artists such as Bruce Springsteen, U2, The Rolling Stones, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Britney Spears, NSync, Brooks & Dunn, Wilco, Dave Matthews Band, and many others.

Having then been elevated to Vice President of Marketing for Live Nation, she continued to spearhead the marketing for a wide gamut of music artists including Coldplay, Lenny Kravitz, Aerosmith, Earth Wind and Fire, Alan Jackson, Stevie Nicks, The Backstreet Boys, Il Divo, and more. 

Jolene exited Live Nation in order to form her own entertainment marketing and artist management company, Yes, Dear Entertainment, with industry veteran, Mike Gormley where she was an integral part of the music sync licensing for all of their management clients. 

After parting ways with Mike to work full time as SVP of Global Marketing for MTV’s Nitro Circus, and consult various clients such as AEG (Luke Combs, Tame Impala, Kane Brown, Kelsea Ballerini, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Rage Against The Machine, Dan & Shay, Rammstein) ICM Partners, Red Light Management   

Jolene came full circle and back to music sync licensing and joined longtime friend and colleague Trish Bock at PLB Sync.
